My name is Amber Coggin. I created this blog as a central place to discuss thoughts and ideas regarding what I have going on in the classroom and on the web. I hope you find it useful to you in some way.
More about me: I was born and raised in South Alabama where I still live with my husband, our two children, 3 dalmatians and 1 cat. I’ve always had dreams of being a teacher, but various things sent me in other directions. In 2004, I received a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management. I worked in that field for 7 years, and it wasn’t until after the birth of my first child that I made the decision to get my Masters in Elementary Education. I graduated in December 2007, and I am now doing what I love: sharing my love of technology with elementary students.
I have thoroughly enjoyed meeting, collaborating, and learning from others in this field. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with me, and I hope I can return the favor someday. Please feel free to contact me at any time.
